FitLatch is a personalized supplement platform that uses training, nutrition, and recovery data from apps and wearables to recommend supplement stacks and help users see whether their supplements are working. FitLatch is built by FitLatch LLC in Texas.
Most people take supplements on faith. FitLatch was built on a simple conviction: if you’re going to spend money and effort on a stack, you should be able to see whether it’s actually doing anything. Stop guessing. Start measuring.

FitLatch connects to the wearables and apps you already use and builds a continuous picture of how you train, eat, sleep, and recover.

From that picture, FitLatch assembles a personalized, brand-neutral supplement stack — organized into AM, pre-workout, PM, and bedtime packets.

FitLatch tracks the metrics you care about and shows how they move alongside your stack — correlation in your own data, so you can see whether it is making a difference.
Why we built this
Athletes measure everything — then take their supplements on faith.
“What supplements do you take?” “What do they do?” “Do you feel a difference?” These are questions I’ve been asked again and again — and ones I know a lot of people can relate to. Hearing how common this was made me sit back and reflect: why is this such a recurring issue? The answer was just more questions. What should I be taking? Am I taking enough? Are they actually doing anything for me?
That’s what led me to build FitLatch — an app that builds you a personalized supplement stack, takes the guesswork out of what to take, and shows you whether it lines up with changes in your own data. By connecting the wearables you already use and making logging frictionless, we can put together a stack made for you, then help you see whether it’s making a difference.

Jared founded FitLatch to close the gap between taking supplements and knowing whether they help. The product is built software-first: the intelligence is the hero, and the supplements are an honest, brand-neutral layer on top of it.
