FitLatch is a personalized supplement platform that uses training, nutrition, and recovery data from apps and wearables to recommend supplement stacks and help users see whether their supplements are working. FitLatch is built by FitLatch LLC, based in New Braunfels, Texas.
Most people take supplements on faith. FitLatch was built on a simple conviction: if you’re going to spend money and effort on a stack, you should be able to see whether it’s actually doing anything. Stop guessing. Start measuring.

From that picture, FitLatch assembles a personalized, brand-neutral supplement stack — organized into AM, pre-workout, PM, and bedtime packets.
