Cancellation

You can cancel a one time order for a full refund until it ships. Contact us as soon as you can. Once an order has shipped, the Refunds and returns policy applies.

When you choose monthly delivery, your order renews automatically every month at the price shown at checkout, plus shipping and any tax, and is charged to the card you used, until you cancel.

We email you 7 days before every renewal with the date and the amount.

Cancel in one tap from the link in any renewal reminder email, or contact us. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum number of deliveries.

Cancelling before a renewal date stops that charge and every charge after it. A delivery already charged is covered by the Refunds and returns policy.

Email support@fitlatch.com with your order number; email is the fastest way to reach us. You can also call 830-999-2773 and leave a message, and we will call you back within one business day. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Central. Closed weekends and US holidays.

If the price of a monthly delivery changes, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies, and you can cancel before then.
