Where we ship
Orders ship from Texas to addresses in the United States. FitLatch LLC does not ship internationally at this time.
Cost
Shipping is $9.99 per order, and free on orders of $110.00 or more before tax. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
When it ships and arrives
We pack and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after shipping with USPS. You get an email with tracking when your order ships.
Monthly deliveries ship each month on about the same date as your first order.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us. Email support@fitlatch.com with your order number; email is the fastest way to reach us. You can also call 830-999-2773 and leave a message, and we will call you back within one business day. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Central. Closed weekends and US holidays.
